The agency have been very nice to me with prompt responses on issues, and have very good maintenance track record. However, there was a delay with maintenance of an appliance where I was told it was not covered in the maintenance as part of lease, which was not the case. This was resolved later, thanks to the agent for resolving this.

May it be rent/energy certification or any other issues. Reasonable charges & commission. Staff always willing & able to help without any Excuses.
