"Opinion Changing Experience"

Had been searching USA flights directly with airlines for some time but was unable to find any flights that were both within our price range and without crazy routings and layovers. Had all but given up when reading through many negative reviews on trustpilot of 3rd party booking sites & travel agents offering discounted tickets and people having awful experiences with trying to make changes or claiming refunds when flights had been cancelled in these current times. It was whilst trawling through these reviews that I came across Blueberry travels and was pleasantly surprised to read of numerous great experiences people had on bookings with them even when changes had been required.

With a degree scepticism I decided to try my luck and called Blueberry travels the next morning. I was put through to James and began to talk through my request. Throughout, James was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and ended up providing me with a quote that I couldn’t quite believe was correct. I asked him to put the details into an email so I could check it over which he did promptly. After checking the details of the quote I called back to ask a few more questions which he answered thoroughly. With all questions answered and a price I was really happy with, I asked James to continue with the booking. This was again carried out promptly and before long I was in receipt of Etickets, ATOL certificate and my receipt of payment. James even called back later that afternoon to make sure I had received everything I required and to let him know if there was anything else he could do.

The experience booking with James and Blueberry travels has been great and I could not have asked for a more professional service. Historically I have always booked direct but after this experience, Blueberry will always be on my list to contact to see what they can offer and will be advising friends and family to do the same.

Now just fingers crossed that restrictions are lifted in time for us to make our late summer trip but even if they’re not, I’m confident in the knowledge that James will provide great service on changing the reservation if required.
