Fabulous! The whole experience was wonderful.

Everything couldn't be any better! I had a few lessons learned!
Now, the bus driver Bo, I would want him to take me anywhere. Was the greatest driver ever - the man can get into spots a Beetle could not make! He was funny yet serious about his position! He handled any situation we had with grace. and despite his speech impediment, we communicated very well. A patient man! He has the way to find empty streets and in Boston that was hard to do. BO KNOWS! HE MADE THE TRIP WORTHWHILE!
All 44 passengers loved him and even more then that THEY TRUSTED BO!!

Bus arrived early. Was very clean. Driver was very friendly and accommodating to all our requests and was waiting for us when we returned. An excellent experience in every way!

Booking - online experience was fast, informative and efficient.
Bus - awesome! It was so appropriate for our trip - plus emails were being sent in the morning about name of driver and arrival time of the bus
*i did call dispatch just to see response and or wait time - pretty good; the rep wasnt polite but she was helpful*
Driver: personality: amazing - driving: too fast, slamming on brakes, riding to close to others on the highway - we were sliding all over the place even with a seat belt on - also he cut the a/c off 15 mins before we arrived it got hot on the bus fast

Our overall experience was great we will definitely use them again!

First year working with US Coachways and it was a very positive experience. I found everyone to be helpful, especially Fred and the bus service to be clean, on time and all of the bus drivers were nice and easy to work with.

"Horrible experience"

Worst company ever
Dylan Rosenthal was our representative horrible customer service after we sign the contract bad attitude, no return phone calls, etc.... The Bus was over a hour late with no notice. Second driver nasty attitude and the driver from the other bus literally stood a foot away from the Director screaming. Didn’t want to stop, we request restroom brake he refused to do so and he want it to stop whenever and wherever he want it to stop. He was rude, arrogant and a bully do not hire this company, you will regret.
