"Great service and products"

Ordered a bikini and a bra. Asked the helpdesk with sizing. After I ordered they told me my bra wasnt available anymore in that size. I got one in another colour instead (after good contact). They arrived very quickly and the fabric is faboulous and the fitting as well! Really love this company and love that they are helpfull and sustainable and pay their workers! Will order again!

"Best customer service I ever had contact with."

I just received one of their bodies and it is super soft and amazingly fabricated. Not only that I was in contact with the customer service and they helped me out big time. I recommend!

"Excited to disappointed"

So disappointed! When I heard of this brand I was very excited to try their products as sustainability sourced fashion is something I think is really important. I don’t earn a lot so saved up to make my purchase so it was devastating to be left disappointed.

I purchased a bralet with which I was disappointed by the fit, it seems to fall out to the side and offered no support, I also purchased a jumper with writing across the front which was all but unreadable. Although the fabric on both items was nice.

I bought several sizes of clothing as it was advertised that they offered free returns/exchanges however this turned out to be misleading, I live in the north of Ireland and as Europe was advertised as an area where free returns were offered I made my purchase, although it turns out where I live was not included and I had to make an out of pocket expense of £14 to return my items which I was not expecting.

The most disappointing experience was with customer service however, I felt like an inconvenience when contacting them and they left me with almost passive aggressive one line answers, this was what really made me not wish to purchase from again as I feel if I have another issue in the future I would be put off contacting them to resolve it.

"Beautiful bras for small sizes only"

Beautiful bras, lovely colours, a modern take on a traditional lace and love the ethics BUT M+ bras were too small (I chose this size according to the underprotection size guide).

Flesh overflow at the top of the cup, lace ripped on first wear, no support (described as "light support"). I should have been able to tell from the thinness of the straps that this would be the case, I was too hopeful and excited to find a beautiful ethical bra at this size.

"They are an awesome company"

Great products, ethically made. The woman I dealt with (I'm in Australia, she was in Denmark) was kind, patient and generous! I don't often use those adjectives for clothing companies.

"Fem stjerner for fantastisk kundeservice (og for de smukke designs, selvom det er mere subjektivt)"

Jeg skulle bruge en kjole som gave til min kæreste, men jeg havde kun én dag i Danmark, og på det tidspunkt, hvor jeg fandt den smukke Babette kjole, skulle jeg give gaven allerede næste formiddag. Jeg ringede til underprotection og fik at vide, at jeg kunne komme forbi deres kontor på Amager og hente kjolen før officiel åbningstid morgenen efter. Her blev jeg mødt med et smil og kjolen blev pakket flot ind. Da min kæreste og jeg senere – da vi var tilbage i UK, hvor vi bor – opdagede at kjolen havde en betydelig syfejl og kontaktede underprotection, var de super hjælpsomme og sendte os hurtigt en ny kjole uden fejl og uden, at vi behøvede returnere den fejlbehæftede. Igennem hele processen var de så imødekommende. Og så blev min kæreste helt vildt glad for gaven. Tak!

"Dårlig kvalitet"

Jeg har været til lagersalg for en måned siden, hvor jeg købte noget flot undertøj. Da jeg kom hjem, fandt jeg et hul i trusserne og i en bh var en af bøjlerne på vej ud, så jeg måtte sy den for at holde den på plads. Efter at have vasket en anden bh er syningen på en af stropperne gået op.
Jeg er enormt ærgerlig over det, da jeg synes, at mærket står for noget godt! Jeg er klar over, at lagersalg er nedslag i pris, men jeg forventer stadig, at produkterne er af en vis kvalitet - og at der ikke er fejl i syningerne, som i tilfældet med alle tre af produkterne.

"God kvalitet og god service"

Bestilte lørdag og modtog tirsdag morgen. Havde bestilt bikinien “Alexia” som er i en fantastisk kvalitet og som sidder usædvanligt godt. Bikinien var desuden flot pakket ind.
Fik ikke en ordrebekræftelse på mail da jeg bestilte, men da jeg skrev til underprotections Instagram sendte de den med det samme.

"From an Underprotectionaholic: wonderful brand & excellent service!"

I love the brand and the designs and my body loves the fabrics, organic bamboo and cotton. It gets spoiled when I wear underwearprotection, it feels like you get hugged by the soft organic cotton/bamboo 😊
I feel different and much happier when I wear Underprotection 😍 And not to forget the many compliments I get from friends and people! 😉

Besides the joy of wearing underprotection I must say that the service is excellent!!! Never experienced this kind of service before.
Once I ordered something and used a different delivery address as I was staying abroad at that moment. The first time the order was sent by mistake to my billing address. Underprotection sent the order again tot the right address but this one also never reached me. The third time Underprotection sent it with DHL with a tracking number which is more expensive. I finally got my package. And as compensation for late delivery I also got a code with 50% discount for the next order!

Last time I ordered a bunch of sleepwear and bodystockings. One of the bodies was too small and with one of the shorts the seam began to tear open after I washed it twice.
It is always a risk with the sizes when you order online but it is not a problem for Underprotection! I wrote them an email. They apologised for the short and few days later I received a new short and a new bodystocking in one size bigger!! Wow..I mean, does this kind of brilliant service still exist nowadays?

Well apparently it does at Underprotection and I am grateful for that! 🙏

UNDERPROTECTION really does care about their customers! ☺👍👌
