j'ai acquis un teclast pro en 2021. Il fonctionne bien, par contre j'ai rencontré un problème surprenant : le pad s'est soulevé côté clavier et ce dernier est gondolé (creusé). Impossible de le remettre dans sa loge. ²Je ne comprends pas d'où vient ce problème car l'ordi est sur onduleur, jamais soumis à des charges importantes, jamais au soleil ni près d'eau. J'ai contacté teclast france , hélas personne ne daigne répondre à mon mail ni au téléphone. c'est franchement dommage. le site commerçant qui me l'a vendu a bien voulu faire jouer la garantie en voyant les photos, je lui ai donc recommandé un appareil concurrent. je déconseille teclast car sav incompétent et appareil très peu résistant. Dommage

"Same story: Support ignores customers with broken tablet"
Same story here like with the previous reviews: My tablet broke down (it just stopped charging). Teclast support replied to me suggesting a software upgrade (it was a standard reply). When they realized that it is a hardware problem, they just stopped replying to me.

"Zero Customer Service response, warrantee is useless"
my 3 month old teclast tablet, which i use for my cell phone also, broke. i have tried for 3 weeks to contact them via their webvsite.
1) there is an online chat bot, says "We typically reply within a few minutes." i left a dozen messages here over 3 weeks, zero response.
2) i filled out their online email customer service/warrantee claim... no response
3) i called Amazon, notified them of my problem, read on EVERY product they sell from the Telecast score has one star reviews stating the exact same thing.

"I purchased a Teclast tablet 6 months…"
I purchased a Teclast tablet 6 months ago is still under guarantee and warranty. It was good until it started to slow down about a month ago. It started becoming unresponsive when I was trying to use it. I contacted Teclast who said that I should download a new firmware; they provided a link which did not work. I then contacted them a few more times asking for help and asking for a refund explaining that is under guaranteeing and warranty they have not responded they have ignored me in my opinion. In my opinion it is a complete waste of money. My experience was extremely stressful and I got nowhere. In my opinion very bad company

In the last year and a bit I had 2 Teclast (different models) both of them after 6-7months they broke. The first one not charging and the second one will automatically will get a black screen.
Worst company ever - once I get my refund will buy from another company

Compré un ordenador de esta marca y el micrófono no funcionaba. La compañía me ofreció 20 euros para arreglarlo yo, lo cual es ridículo, aunque el ordenador aún sigue en garantía.

Have a Teclast 8 inch tablet now for a few years. Great quality and specks for reasonable prices. Except have a few hardware/software issues which have not been rectified as the company offers no updates at all.
Although the device is still usable and working well, I will probably not buy this brand in the future unless I hear they are regularly updating there software and improve there customer after-care.

"Teclast F7 plus 2 Eccezionale!"
Ho acquistato Teclast F7 plus 2 pochi gg. fa. Sono stata molto titubante, mi occupo di pc da anni, sono animatore digitale di 10 scuole, mi intrigava provare un notebook cinese. E' la prima esperienza con prodotti di questo genere. Sono molto soddisfatta, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sia per un uso ufficio che per streaming. L'ho usato in didattica a distanza con i miei alunni e non ha mai avuto un problema. Il design è elegante e curato. Il notebook è sottile e leggero ma molto potente e versatile. La scocca è in alluminio e direi che non è poco.
Quattro stelle per l'audio che non è ottimale ma molto buono e per la tastiera da adattare al layout italiano con adesivi che comunque sono in dotazione.
La risoluzione Full HD è eccellente, la batteria dura tantissimo.
Che dire sono stupita da questo computer.
Il venditore è affidabile e competente.

"Be very careful with this scam brand"
Be very careful with this scam brand. THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY, IT DOESN'T EXIST... I have bought a laptop, which after few months I found out that it has a broken memory card, and it is non-fixible. I have contacted them since its supposed to have 1 year warranty, they told me to check it with a local service to find out what the issue is, I have paid for a local service to check it and they confirmed its not possible to fix. I asked Teclast mafia what to do next, they gave me an address in Berlin so I can ship it back to them, and I did. I tracked the delivery and made sure it arrives to them and they confirmed it did arrive, then they confirmed also that the refund shall arrive within couple of days from Aliexpress... and that was like 2-3 weeks ago... well guess what, I never received my money back and not only that... but they activated an automated robot to respond to my chat so they dont need to bother with me anymore. Be very careful of this scam company.

"Teclast never sent order"
I have had a very bad experience with Teclast.
I ordered a Teclast X6 Pro on 10 April 2021 and I have never received my order.
After email and talking with Teclast Europe - they promised to send the order as quickly as possible. They asked for my understanding since there was problems in the supply chaim.
For 3 months they have not responded to emails or phone calls.
Purchase value of 575 EUR most like gone without ever receiving the order :-(
