Product is good. No batteries delivered. Delivery person left the safe outside my house (there were two steps to get inside). It was an 80kg safe, which I had to then call neighbors to assist me to carry it inside my house ASAP as there is no packaging so the whole street could see I just had a safe delivered to my house.

The safe we ordered was delivered quickly & smoothly. It's well made and is just what we wanted.

Personally I think it should come in a plain brown box rather than one with a full colour picture which effectively advertises that you've just bought a safe! For a security focused company, that seems a bit strange.

Probably should also deduct half a star for there being no real instructions on fitting but that's perhaps being a bit picky.

I cannot fault the service & the quality that Rottner provided. Overall, very pleased with the purchase & would certainly recommend Rottner.

The first Furnituresafe had a fault, buty service was excellent in resolving it , if not for this slight problem I would have given them 5 stars.
They give a good service and I am sure that you would find them to be excellent.
