These folks have a contact number, they answer quickly, were very helpful in product selection and helped with special need for delivery carrier to get my address and delivery very accurate. That was of great importance to me! Order placed, shipped out quickly, received it within 3 days. Item was exactly as desired, all in new condition, nothing damaged by carrier as with other carriers. I am so well satisfied that TheCameraBox is now my camera store of choice for all my camera and lens orders! I give them a 5 star rating based on my first order placed with them.
