"Stay well away"
Stay well away, absolute crooks.
Placed inaccurate late payment on my file lost out on a mortgage because of these guys. My payments are set up on a direct debit making it impossible for me to be late with payments. Deduct money from your account on random days, interest high and customer service inexperienced uneducated teenagers. Stay well away, many more firms out there to choose from which I only discovered after my bad experience with these cowboys. I don't know how these sort of companies are allowed to trade.

"Great experience"
I applied for finance for a simba mattress early in the morning after one night too many waking up with a bad back. I was all signed up and approved in about 20 mins. I phoned helpline for a query on when payment was coming out and order status and the operator was polite and helpful. I have seen the negative reports but for me personally it was a pain free experience 😊

"Poor timescales and customer service"
All checks passed and paid a big deposit. System couldn't recognise my ID so now gone to a manual check. 48 hours later I'm still at the same point so called up. The guys advised he could see my ID was there and was currently working his way through them. I asked for time scales as it's a present for my son tomorrow to which he replied "no sorry" in quite a smug way. very poor timescales and customer service is non existent

"Avoid - Customer service useless and will not confirm full payment"
I took finance for a course I was studying at the beginning of the year. I emailed them late March stating that I was looking at paying off the remaining balance. Customer service took a week to reply however they did reply with details on how to do this (So far so good).
About three weeks later I done as instructed and called their payments line and paid the balance in full using my bank card. I emailed them to confirm that the payment had been received only for customer service to respond that they had not received the full payment. I contacted my bank who had stated they had authorised the payment a few seconds after I had paid it off and gave me a transaction code to give to them for their records to chase it.
I called Omni finance and spoke to an adviser who didn't have a clue what I was talking about in regards to a transaction code and then went to tell me that they would need to wait until they received a print out of the transaction that could take a couple of days. At this point I was still pretty relaxed about it. I like to think I'm an understanding and relaxed person about things and I knew I'd done everything right.
After a while of not hearing back from them I called again and was told that I would need to provide proof that the money had left my account so I emailed customer services proof of this via my phone banking app which had my statements on. Unfortunately they wouldn't accept this so once home, I had to physically go to the bank and request a print out statement then highlight the money leaving my account into theirs and email that across.
I hadn't heard anything for TWO WEEKS and assumed that they had sorted it out but that their shoddy customer service at this point wasn't going to inform me of that. Again, I was still okay with this out come. I knew I had paid for it in full, I had proof and I also understood that sometimes being pretty relaxed and understanding that sometimes there are crappy customer experiences for every business.
I then received an email just before the bank holiday to say that Omni finance had reinstated my direct debit and that X amount would be taken from my account on X date in June. I was away for the bank holiday weekend but managed to cancel the direct debit via my bank AGAIN taking time out of my day to do this.
Then today (30th May 2018) I received an email from customer services which stated I would need to make sure X amount was paid on my payment due date I would be charged £12 for a missed/late payment.
It has only been after all this mishap that I have decided to review these guys negatively. I had a similar finance through V12 which I paid for at the same time and it was the easiest thing going, they emailed ME and I didn't have to chase them up at all.
AVOID these guys and their appalling service at all costs as it is not worth the agro.

"Transparent Finance"
I have been in a contract with Omni Capital since December. I have been sent regular reminders as to when my payments are due and exactly how much will be taken; including the creditor. The prices are reasonable for the length of contract, and the interest is not phenomenal. I would recommend for those with reservations about credit cards.

"Miscommunication!"
I went with a friend to have a special facial treatment at a special offer price. Once it was finished they give you a talk regarding the benefits of their product etc, etc. I fell for it & signed up for monthly treatments at a cost of £1, 800+ spread out over 3yrs, paying £45 monthly via direct debit. They use Omniport as their finance company to recoup the repayments. I ended up cancelling the subscription well within the permitted time frame, only to discover that Omniport tried to take the money out of my account. Luckily I was able to stop the payment via my bank. I emailed Omniport before this to explain I’d cancelled, but didn’t receive a response, I also rang the beauty company to make sure the cancellation went ahead, they assured me it had. I then called Omniport today, spoke to an advisor & then was left holding on for ages, whilst he went to sort it out. The distress this has caused was totally unacceptable & all because of lack of communication I imagine, between the two companies & it’s still ended up costing me via phone calls & having to go to my bank. Not happy 😡

"Started of well then went downhill"
The application process was simple and no concerns until I asked to pay my balance early. they gave a settlement figure which I accepted, they advised I could pay via direct debit and I replied advising to change the direct debit. It turns out they didn't amend the direct debit as they believed I was referring to the date of the direct debit and not the amount even though I had specifically replied to a previous email which was them giving me the settlement amount and the payment option.
Very poor end to an otherwise good relationship.
Will not use them again.
