After going through three days with another company of sending documents and "will they, won't they", within 15 minutes of work online, I was approved from Figure. I knew we had equity in our home that we could use and I'm so glad that Figure made the process SO easy.

I recently applied, but as I'm in the computer security business, I took a critical look at their security. It's bad, and I suspect based on 1990 threat actors.

We I called them about this, the lady said that they have to comply with HIPPA regulations and the company is based in Nevada. HIPPA applies to medical information and the companyh is in South Carolina.

Go Figure!

The process of getting the HELOC loan was super easy and someone was always ready to answer questions and tell me next steps. I was nervous about it because I saw lots of bad reviews on the BBB site, but Bank Rate has Figure listed as one of the top HELOC loans. I found everyone to be helpful, straight forward, and the process to be fast! The notary met us within 5 days of my initial interest, and my loan was funded within 5 days after. I also like that this HELOC is different in that the interest rate does not fluctuate on the initial draw like it does for traditional HELOC.The notary was also very kind and met us at my wife’s work to get everything signed. Thank you Figure!

"Totally automated, So sorry"

We applied and were told that our property was ineligible. This has to do with my profession and how it is listed through the county. So according to Bill at customer service. Their system is entirely automated and the there is nothing they could do to help us. Not because there was an issue with our credit or income. Bill confirmed that this had occurred before and was a known issue, yet they were unwilling to try to find a solution.
