"Waist of time. Will not order from them any more."
Ordered product with 2 weeks lead time. Estimated shipping date was constantly pushed forward. It took them 2.5 months from the order date to notify me that the ordered product was discontinued by manufacturer and cannot be supplied anymore. Huge waist of time!

The product ordered a month ago has not yet been received. It was written on the item, shipping tomorrow. It is probably not without reason that there are so many bad reviews about this store. Be careful not to buy from them.

Direct Dial pulled a bait & switch on a laptop.
After providing screenshots etc to prove what I received was not the product they listed on the website they flat out said "That doesn't prove anything" and wanted to charge a restocking fee based off of their own mistake.
In addition to that, I asked for a simple quote on one license for software and back-to-back emails came in with the quote and then the invoice claiming the software had been added as requested so here's your bill.
....
Then when I replied to the invoice email stating that I simply wanted a quote and did not want to proceed with adding the license, I received an "out of the office" email - Same day, middle of the day.
As if the sales rep just rushed through the order and then ran out as fast as possible.
There were many more mistakes made as well but these two are enough to make you ill.
I have to admit I'm astounded at the level of incompetence and the response with regards to their mistake on the laptop is just unbelievable.
How do these people run a business?
We had been buying from Direct Dial for +10yrs prior to this but apparently they have not only gone down hill but genuinely don't seem to care one way or the other.
Unfortunately we still have major software licenses through this place but as each one is up for renewal I'm getting them literally anywhere else.

I asked for a simple quote on one item of software. I was assigned an account manager only to have him ignore me for over a week now. Zero communication or explanation as to what is happening. Evidently this outfit is no different than CDW or Insight.

directdial.com pulled a bait and switch on me. They had listed a product (a hard drive) on their website for $355 per unit with no minimum quantity. The inventory status said they were expecting 18 in stock in four days. Given the limited number in stock I called in to validate the information and make sure those 18 weren't already allocated to other orders. The sales agent I spoke with stated that the inbound products were actually a carton of 20 and that only 2 had been allocated so far leaving 18 available for purchase. I confirmed the price and placed the order over the phone with the agent. The next day the agent emailed me stating that the pricing was incorrect (keep in mind I validated this both on the web site and while speaking with the agent on the phone). That price was only for a carton of 20 and their cost on a per unit basis is $513 so they'd have to charge me 5% over that ($540) rather than the $355 quoted to me both on the web site and the phone. This is after he had already told me the day before that the inbound products were in fact a carton that they were splitting so that mean their cost was NOT in fact $513 but rather WOULD support the $355 price on the web site. He said he'd either have to charge me the $540 or sell me 20 of them and make me wait 2-4 weeks for the products. This is classic bait and switch, beware doing business with these people. In the end I found that CDW has the same product for $120 less than their "revised" pricing after the order had been placed so I've canceled my order with directdial.com and will be buying from them instead. Thoroughly frustrating experience when IT equipment is often needed quickly and they wasted my time trying to soak me for a higher price.

When I bought incurance after one months need pay extra ,£100. When I ask about green card agent cancel incurance and charged me extra £60. Very bad company.
