They were prompt, communicative, with fair pricing. They picked up and dropped off my patio furniture on my doorstep and they looked brand new! We have a Brown Jordan patio set that is roughly 40 years old and a couple of chairs were in need of restrapping. I was thinking that they would just redo the ones that needed work…..to my surprise they replaced all the straps. This at a very reasonable cost. Above expectations!!!!!

Amanda who runs the office was very knowledgeable about my chairs and she insured all parts were on hand to fix them resulting in getting my chairs back in a timely manner.
