Mathew reached out to me via WhatsApp the moment I registered. I had an issue that my device could not be registered as the QR code was not being recognised as valid serial number. I notified Mathew of the issue via what’s app and even though it was late in the evening he generated a new QR code and was able to get the system running perfectly. I’m yet to see the full benefit of the product but so far seems to be working as advertised and expect great savings over the next few months.

Delivery and communication from the company itself is great but there is a challenge with the inverter "Allow Remote" assistance being unticked after a period of time that renders the Xemote device to an monitoring function only. This is a Sunsynk firmware issue under review but means every day the inverter needs to be checked at the unit itself that the setting is still ticked. Not 100% how to move forward with the unit at this point.

Pre sale service excellent. All questions honestly answered. Prompt delivery. Minor issue when installing the product with my equipment setup as the supplier had not established whether my inverter was of the latest generation as this required an additional connector. It was quickly resolved and the required connector was shipped by the supplier. Great support and the product so far is doing what has been claimed of it.

"Service so great I was stunned in to silence...."
This was one of those rare occurrences were I am unable to say what part of this experience was the best. From my initial contact with the company to my latest enquire. It has just been a joy to work with them. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The speed at what thigs happen is astronomical. I ordered my sun shift device on 14 feb and figured since I live in a rural area delivery would take the normal 3 to 5 business days. What a surprise it was to find that the device was delivered the very next day. At around 16:50 a received a WhatsApp from Mathew enquiring if I did receive my device and if he can give any assistance to set it up or anything else. That is client service being proactive to solve problems. All the WhatsApp I have sent after that has been replied to in less than 2 hours.
I have being using the sun shift device now for 2 weeks and I am already seeing big savings. In fact the actual savings I am tracking is even bigger than the ones they are recording on the report they email me daily
They daily report that they send out is easy to read and shows some interesting insight into your systems efference
To sum up:

After sales: exceptional service
Technical: Don't know. It just works so there has been no interaction with them and that is how I as a client like it, no hassle, no problems, just results.

Excellent support and service from Matthew. During my setup I made a mistake. Matthew then – without prompting or a call – sent me a WhatsApp informing me of my mistake. He then helped me sort it out. Now the system is working flawlessly. The unit also arrived surprisingly fast!
