Also had a small issue with wrong size tin for protective oil, the guys responded to my email immediately and sent a replacement the next day. Fabulous service from initial contact to delivery. Right from the get go requesting samples the response was beyond helpful and really efficient. The delivery of west red cedar cladding arrived first thing this morning. A beautiful product that I can’t wait to fit , it’ll look amazing. Just wanted to say thanks to all concerned , particularly Mark who dealt with the order and updated the progress and special thanks to the couriers who on an absolute stinker of a day dropped the timber straight into the garage to save it from the monsoon rains .
