Thank you James Rowlatt for an amazing experience. This was my first time purchasing a preowned luxury watch, specifically a Vacheron Constantin Historiques Triple Calendar-1942 that was recently discontinued and you made it happen. After waiting over 9 days for customs clearance, it finally arrived yesterday afternoon and it is everything I came to expect. You have earned my trust and future business because of the integrity shown throughout the entire process. I cannot thank you enough.

"Zero stress purchase"

I've wanted a Cartier Watch for years!!

SO I started searching online.
I decided on the size, style and budget, and narrowed my search down to 2 virtually identical Watches, the first one offered almost everything I was looking for plus original papers and a the Cartier box, the second didn't offer the papers but it did have the box, but it was the photos and discription that kept drawing me to the second Watch, even though it was a little more expensive, it was in such nice condition.

The chosen Watch was on a few different well known websites offering buy it now or make an offer, I was a little intimidated to make an offer without knowing the other fees involved, I needed some advise..

The Watch was in the UK, at Chase-Hattan Watches, I started reading their reviews and was really impressed by their customer gratitude, appreciation and loyalty, one name kept coming up, James, So I contacted him.

James put me at ease straight away, no pressure, no rush, which Watch was I interested in? Canada?, no problem. how could he help?.

James gave me an Amazing price that we were both happy with, with express tracked delivery to my front door, which arrive in two days! Ive never had that type of service before..AMAZING!!

I would recommend this company to anyone, and I give them 10 out of 10 for their outstanding customer service.

Wow , what a great company to deal with, I sold my Omega Seamaster to them , price was agreed Monday , they sent a fully insured postage label , watch was posted yesterday, ( Tuesday) received this morning, Wednesday, money was in the bank , by close of play today , communication was brilliant all the way through, they agreed and a price without seeing the watch , obviously needed to check what i’d said was correct, full agreed price paid , and they offered more than any of those other watch buyers out there , admittedly was a bit nervous sending my watch off in the post. But I needn’t have worried, first class company.

This was by far the best watch buying experience I have had! James and team were incredible. Helped me through the payment process, sent a video of the watch and followed up with additional thoughts to my questions and was a very fast responder. James followed up with customs and FED Ex everyday until I received my watch due to delays at fed ex and customs do to wether and under staffing. Thank you James! I will return for another one soon

Bought a Rolex Lady DateJust from CH, the pictures seemed to show marks on the watch and bracelet, when I queried this James confirmed that the watch was yet to be polished, a few days later James sent me updated pictures which showed it in very good condition so I bought and received it a few days later. There was quite a bit of play in the bracelet and when I queried this James offered to have it tightened and sent me a pre-paid next day postage label, the watch was returned about 10 days later. It was only at this stage that I set the watch as it was a birthday present for my daughter and discovered that the quick set date function wasn't working so I got onto James again who once again sent a postage label and said he would not only get the repair done but would arrange for the watch to be serviced which took a further 10 days or so.

Whilst being surprised that the watch wasn't thoroughly checked, tested and polished prior to being listed I can't fault the aftersales service or the fact that I paid a reasonable price for a watch that has had a recent service and an extended 2 year warranty. On that basis I feel CH deserve a 5 star rating based on their obvious commitment to ensuring the customer is completely happy.
