"Disappointing"

Disappointing. The surface of the heart has a flaw, a round Indentation on the top of the heart. Really would have liked it to have been perfect, especially as it was not cheap. I know each are made individually but I can't work out what would have caused it. That's the trouble when you don't see the goods before buying.

4 stars instead of 5 is down to the packaging rather than the item itself as I thought it was a little excessive for the size of the item & also didn’t really appreciate the description of the item being listed on the outside of the packaging. This lead to the delivery driver knowing what was inside.
