"Have used this website many times and…"

Have used this website many times and has always been great in the past, not sure what’s happened recently but the speed of the delivery if awful. Paid for 24hr and took 5 days to arrive. Ordered another screen a 8 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. Not sure if this is down to Royal Mail issue or the company but think I need to find somewhere else to order my screens from now on

I’ve been waiting two weeks for a screen which i was promised in 3 to 4 working days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
i’ve asked for a refund yet no instead of a refund they asked me to go to my local post office which i did and the emailed them back waiting days and still no reply about my refund .

"Very poor quality parts"

Very poor quality replacement iPhone screens.
I bought an XS screen - faulty manufacture. LL Trader offered a partial refund rather than round-trip testing and postage.
Just going on the good reviews they receive, I bought 2 more iPhone X screens. One failed while fitting; the second worked but has cracked internally after a very minor drop (with screen protector), now completely dead.

I've purchased 3 screens, every single one has been faulty or broken so easily it's ridiculous. The refund process was a painful bargaining process first time; I have not bothered for the 2nd two.

Order was prompt and as expected, resulted in successful repair. One of the screwdrivers in the repair kit seemed of poor quality, which did cause some difficulty but the kit was otherwise good.

I have ordered all types of screen only ever had an issue once and it was rectified straight away won't use anywhere else x

I have still a problem with a iphone 8 display: LL trade team proposed a partial refund and a deliver of a new display after a good review. I accepted. Then I discover that I could only make a normal refund by amazon, no other option by LL trade.

"Scam?"

Failed to deliver nearly a month later still nothing and they do nothing to help
