I had an issue with my first order. After two weeks had gone by and I still hadn't received my order or a "has been shipped" email, I emailed IndeMedical that evening. By the next afternoon I had received an email and two phone calls from them apologizing for a glitch on my order. Within a few days my order was at my front door. It's good to know there are still companies that "bend over backwards" for their customers. With competitive prices and unbeatable service I continue to use them for all my medical supply needs.
