"A rug was purchased nearly one year ago…"

A rug was purchased nearly one year ago which recently showed small amounts of binding becoming loose. I contacted CarpetVista with photographs to support the problem and they were quick to respond with a number of options. I decided on a replacement rug and as soon as the old one was sent back the new one was delivered.
Problems can arise but it's how they are resolved which shows how good the retailer is - CarpetVista have been fantastic and their Customer care Team outstanding - Well Done
