"Excellent Carpet,Terrible service"

Ordered a carpet and paid for it on the 18th December 2021 on the basis it would arrive before Christmas.We eventually recd the carpet on the19th January 2022.
UPS had the carpet for 2 weeks and returned it to Carpetvista who then resent it via Fedex.Both companies were terrible.
I could not get a reason from Carpetvista for the UPS issue but Fedex were absolutely useless.We eventually read the carpet by continually chasing and threatening Fedex.
Carpevista basically left to us to sort out.Would not recommend
