I have no fault with the carpet. I really like it and it was packaged well too. I am very happy with the product and the quality.
I am vwry dissatisfied with the delivery of the product. There was a delay amd this is to be expected in these times so I have no issue with delivery being several days late. I expected notification of delay and further updates which were not received. A phone call to the delivery company Fedex was handled very poorly. I received no update pn delivery until 30 minutes before it arrived. I find this very poor.
