He took the time to understand what we needed, had an extensive selection of quality carpets to choose from, and made it very easy to review the samples at home. He arranged installation very quickly and the whole experience was professional and efficient. It was such a relief to find a high quality level of service locally at a competitive price and that delivered everything as promised. Previous owner of our house recommended Harvey at the Carpet Gallery if we ever needed help. And we were not disappointed at all. Was always prompt to measure and quote up and discuss our needs for our house - even though we had picked a more expensive carpet initially he advised that with three young children maybe that would not be the best option and recommended an alternative which was cheaper. Allowed us to take time with the samples at home in our own setting. And then the best experience was the fitting itself. With building work ongoing and rooms fully occupied him and his team delivered a timely stress free result which we are delighted with. The price was competitive, could you get cheaper elsewhere. Who knows. But you won’t get the level of customer service like you do with Harvey and that’s priceless. Would highly recommend.

The company was completely professional in their dealings with me but with a personal touch They were extremely accommodating over dates and times and dealt with my requests considerately. The costs were competitive and came with discounts.

The carpet layers did an extremely professional job and were respectful of the property. The end result has been very pleasing, especially in my music room which looks so much better!

I will certainly use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others thinking of changing their carpets.
