"Faulty braces and no response"

Bought a matching bow tie and braces for 2 boys, and one set of braces arrived broken. Contacted Dickiebow a couple of times and had no response - explained it was for an upcoming wedding. Will now only be able to use the bow ties.
Very disappointing - they were quick to respond to a question i had before selling the items to me!
