"Poor services "

Poor services , I reach them via their website and went to live chat , but instead of give me related information about the products that I was requesting they keep asking about my personal contact details even before they provide any information .
Poor services and not trustable .

The AI BOT , is not answering any questions , it’s just asking for personal contact details ,
You can program it to either answer the questions or to say if the bot can not answer the question, I don’t think that asking personal question is relevant at any point and when it’s asked once and customer doesn’t want to share that information with the BOT , it has to stop answering again and again .

Emailed them for a quote on a custom front door screen on 5th Dec. Provided photos and specifications, No reply. Emailed them again 9thDec, no reply.
If this is what their service is like when attempting to give them new business, then I hate to think what their after sales service is like.
