Absoluter Schrott diese "Bude"!
Handy's an die falsche Adresse verschickt, keine Benachrichtigung an mich- Handy's wieder zurück nach Asien!
Weder Geld zurück noch Handy da- das ganze zieht sich schon seit Mai 2016.
Das einzig positive sind Ihre Antworten auf "Deutsch"- wenigstens die sorgen für den einen oder anderen Lacher.

Ich war Überascht wie Kunden freundlich und seht schnell reagiert wird auf Anfragen und entgegenkommen, ich kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

"Verkauft Geräte, die nicht verfügbar sind, als Lagerware!"

Wollte das Xiaomi Mi5 Pro bestellen, das als verfügbar angezeigt und sogar mit einer Rabattaktion (20€ Gutschein) beworben wurde. Bezahlt wurde bei der Bestellung via Paypal. Als ich nach einigen Tagen (mehr als die versprochenen 2 Tage) keine Versandbestätigung erhalten hatte, habe ich mich per mail an den Kundenservice gewendet, der mir einen Versand am darauffolgenden Montag zugesichert hat. Allerdings ließ eine Versandbestätigung wieder auf sich warten.
Nach weiteren Rückfragen wurde letztendlich zugegeben, dass das Handy garnicht verfügbar ist und auch keine Angaben gemacht werden können, wann es denn verfügbar sein könnte.
Wiederum nach mehreren mails konnte der shop dazu bewegt werden, die Bestellung zu stornieren...bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde das Handy allerdings immer noch als verfügbar beworben, lediglich der Preis wurde ab und zu geändert...

Vorteile:
- Gute Komunikation und Erreichbarkeit auch zu Zeiten, die für China ungewöhnlich sind.
- Nutzen Abgabenfreie Versendung (SF Express) und erstatten, falls es doch einmal in Frankreich zur Verzollung kommt, dann auch die Gebühren
- gute Preise
- guter Service (habe selbst schon einmal etwas defektes sofor zurück schicken müssen, problemlose Abwicklung)
- deutschsprachige Webseiten

"Produkt mangelhaft, Bewertung wird nicht veröffentlicht"

Das bestellte Produkt - ein Smartphone - wie erhebliche Einschränkungen im Gebrauch auf. Das mache ich dem Shop nicht zum Vorwurf. Viel mehr finde ich es unmöglich, dass die das Produkt betreffende Bewertung auch nach mehreren Wochen nicht veröffentlicht wird.
Also kann ich nur raten: Hände weg, da es den Anschein erweckt, dass den Bewertungen nicht zu trauen ist.

"False advertising for having no stock for in-stock items"

So this is my recent experience to date which begun on Sunday 5th of June 2016 when I logged in to uuonlineshop and paid in full for a mobile phone they claimed to have in stock (the flagship ZUK Z2 Pro - white gb/ 128gb).

There was red bold writing on the description that said the phone would be sent out the following week and to wait for a few days. The blurb had been on the website since the end of May and it gave me confidence that they indeed have the item but perhaps they were sending it out later when it was convenient for them.

Anyway after 2 days from making payment I decided to email uuonlineshop customer service to ask when the phone will be dispatched just to get an idea and the reply I got is below:

"Hello,
I am sorry, to be honest, the phone have no stock now. It have to wait till 25.06. could you wait it and give us more time? After it have stock, we will send it soon to you.
best regards
xier"

So basically they took my money knowing they had no stock and what I have ended up doing is paying for a pre-order?!!! I was livid because there was plenty of other sites that I could have "pre-ordered" the same phone from and some were much cheaper!

I had to effectively wait 4 weeks for it to come in stock and then another 2 weeks for it to arrive in the UK.

Had I known this from the beginning I would never have bought it from this place.

So as it is now on the 10th June 2016, I have opened a case on paypal against them for false advertising and selling goods they were not in possession of and for misleading customers to think they had items ready for dispatch.

Even sneakier though they have recently changed this listing on their website from "instock" to "PRESALE" status with the estimated arrival date of 25th June 2016.

I have requested a cancellation and 100% refund as they have lied and not got the stock to which after several days they have failed to do so.

I don't often say this but they are liars and cheats. Taking the consumer's money first in order for them to purchase the stock in bulk and make a profit.

I'm sorry but I am not a bank and I suggest they do go consult with one than to take my money and ignore all messages and as well as my refund.

This is the lowest of the low and I would recommend that buyer stay well clear of this place.

Bei Problemen kümmert der Kundenservice sich umgehend um das Anliegen. Versandzeit in Ordnung und Ware in Top Zustand!

Der Service ist sehr kunden orientiert und höflich, die Ware ist einwandfrei und der Versand relativ schnell.

Ich bin echt begeistert von diesem shop. Hier passt einfach alles, wie der Service der auf einem guten Deutschen Niveau beantwortet wird oder die Geschwindigkeit des Versands. Also alle die gerne ein China- Handy wollen und dabei nicht auf guten Service und top Preis verzichten wollen, der sollte hier einkaufen.

In one order I had trouble with german customs and the shop was returning the money without problems. Very friendly contact and good information about the order process and tracking of the shipping. Cheap shipping costs. One of the best shops to order xiaomi products or other chinese products.
