"Peach Stores are Completely unresponsive"
We supplied a laptop to be refurbished and it was delivered to Peach Stores. And then silence. We have tried to reach them via Facebook Messenger, text, telephone, email and have not had a reply at all. it has been at least 3 1/2 weeks and we have not received even confirmation that our device has been delivered. They completely overpromise and totally non deliver. i have repeatedly asked to have our laptop returned, but they are non responsive. where are you Peach Stores? I would not recommend buying from Peach.
I decided to purchase a refurbished laptop as it is better for the environment and "cheaper". I bought an HP Pavillion with a RAM upgrade for more oomph for £580, now with some glorious hindsight, I know this is a massive overcharge and that the HP Pavillion is extremely outdated. A few days after purchasing I started receiving emails that I had left the item in my basket and it would expire soon. This concerned me because nearly £600 had just come out of my bank account for this laptop and I was getting reminders to purchase it. I sent off an email and a few hours later, I had a response from Zach (owner of Peach) to explain it was a technical error, I had purchased the laptop and it would be with me in a few days (specifically on the 7th business day).
On the 7th business day, I did not receive my laptop so I emailed again to query when I would be receiving it and why there was a lack of communication. Usually, there is more communication when purchasing things online. I attempted to call Peach later that day for an update also. I didn't hear anything back until the next day, Zach told me it would take another 3 business days because I had bought an upgrade. This, irritated me because I had been told by Zach a few days prior that the laptop would be delivered on the 7th business day, but now on the 8th, he was telling me it wouldn't be delivered until the 10th. Zach agreed with the concerns I raised over the lack of communication and that they needed to be looked into as it is unacceptable. He also gave me the tracking information and told me that there would be some gifts with the laptop as an apology.
The laptop was delivered, immediately I was having issues searching the internet. A google search or god forbid, Grammarly, would cause the laptop to crash, any music playing would become distorted and the screen would go black. I would have to turn it back on and hope that I could close firefox before the laptop crashed again if I hoped to do anything. I emailed again explaining the issue and hoping to resolve the issue. I was told by Zach he would look into it. 11 days go by and I haven't heard anything from Zach or Peach. At this point, I decided to ask for my money back as I essentially had an expensive paperweight. Yet another email to explain that I would like a refund as I could not use the laptop. Even the google results page would crash my laptop. I had an email back later that day (on a Saturday) from Zach apologising, agreeing to give me a refund and he would organise a collection of the laptop through courier. It took all of Monday calling to get someone to answer the phone so that the laptop could be collected as we weren't told a date or time of collection. It was arranged that on Tuesday the laptop would be collected and Peach would have received it on Wednesday. An unexpected courier arrived on Monday to collect, we called the store again to let them know it had been collected and to cancel the courier coming the following day and told on the phone that it had been cancelled. The courier came the following day to collect the laptop that had already been delivered to Peach.
I was told that it would be 7 business days from the collection for the refund to be in my account. If you have guessed that I would email on the 8th business day asking where the refund was, you would be correct. We also tried calling and spoke to Fabio who explained he couldn't get a hold of Zach, as a technician, he is unable to process the refund and he would do his best to get it sorted out for me. Eventually, I was told it would be another 7 business days.
After 16 business days or 25 calendar days, calling daily, sending many emails asking what was going on and asking directly on their Facebook page, I received a response from Zach explaining that they were having server issues, a technical bottleneck and other excuses. I was told it would be more days. Finally, after nearly a month I had a refund.
I have since bought a MUCH better laptop from Currys for £700 and received communication every step of the way.

As many people, was in desperate need of a laptop in lockdown to cope with accessing home schooling. It seems that reconditioned laptops were like hen's teeth in my local area (Bedford) so had to search further afield and came upon Peach Stores....they had a good range to look up and research what I needed in my budget range. Online transaction was easy and communication was brilliant. Delivery and packaging good. Happily recommend.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from Peach Stores last month. I’ve never bought a refurbished product before so had my concerns. I need not of had any worries as the laptop is brilliant and is exactly what I wanted.
When buying the product I chose the ‘no rush service’. I realised the laptop wouldn’t arrive in time for my birthday so I contacted customer services and spoke with Zack. Zack was amazing and agreed to send the laptop straight away at no additional cost. The level of customer service from start to finish was exceptional. After my purchase I received a personalised thank you video, which was incredibly thoughtful.
I highly recommend Peach Stores UK and will definitely use them in future for any other purchases.

At last I've found a computer shop that isn't a sales shop that hassles you to buy. the reason i contacted the Peach Store, i was after a lap top, they advertise refurbished PC'c Laptops Phones etc. The machine I ordered, is an HP elitebook. i went online before buying it and was impressed by what I read, so I phoned the Peach Store and brought one. Highly impressed with this machine and their service. The sale guy I spoke to was Andrew, very helpful, courteous and patience, listens to the customer, and gives good honest sound advice. It arrived with in 7 days with free delivery.
If in the future I need any other kind of electronic devise, the Peach Store, Will be my first choice of call.

I was recommended to check Peach Stores store for a refurbished laptop with a specs to use for armature video editing to replace my Lenovo and found one close to my older Lenovo IdealPad, I located Lenovo Yoga and with the help of "Andrew" from Peach Stores I was comfortable with its secs
I was hesitant as I had no experience with Refurbished devices
I was give the assurance of 2 years warranty and 30 days money back
I received the laptop on time, well boxed and in an excellent condition
Now that I have been using it for few days, I feel comfortable giving my review
