The staff were very helpful and friendly and kept us up to speed with developments as civid -19 had just kicked off big time. We were lucky enough to have our kennels delivered on the last trip out. They arrived with a very cheery driver and we had the whole thing put together by 4pm in the afternoon. Nothing missing, nothing damaged and the dogs have fantastic new kennels and cosy cabins.
