No problem with the galvanised panels but delivery was delayed and communication not great. The delivery driver insisted on help unloading or he wasn’t going to offload it! Luckily my fencing contractor helped him but two drivers for large deliveries should be provided in my opinion.

"Roof started leaking just over a year…"

Roof started leaking just over a year after purchase. Kennel store were no help at all. Didn’t return any of my call’s because they were ‘too busy’ and eventually just advised me to re-felt the roof explaining that they only offer 1 yr warranty on felt roofs. Very poor service, especially considering we spend over £2k on the kennel.

I'm glad that I decided to go with making a purchase from Kennelstore. I had to take possession of a dog about a week earlier than I expected to and was desperate to get hold of a kennel. I had excellent help and advice from Emma who sourced me a kennel to arrive on time and met the specifications I wanted/needed. I'm delighted to discover that such great customer service still exists and am happy to give Kennelstore & Emma a full 5 star rating. I am also equally happy to recommend this company if you're considering purchasing kennels or cabins for your dog

Arrived lovely and early. Very polite, had the job done in 35 minutes. Tidied up after themselves, very happy, although finish on stable door and dog door was a bit rough, nothing a bit of sandpaper would have finished off.
