"Be aware, protruding nails through roof of kennel."

Be aware, The roof of my kennel was not fitted very well and has at least 12 sharp nails protruding 2cm through the roof boards of the kennel.
When I asked for this to be rectified I was told that this is basically normal. 80% of the nails were nailed into battens under the roof.
12 nails were hammered into roof boards where there are no battens. I have asked for a partial refund so that I can rectify the problem myself. We shall see what happens.
This has spoilt my overall buying experience with this company.
