"Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered…"

Took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered with no communication from the kennel store apart from when I chased the order. If it's not in stock an email would be nice

Due to out of stock item and then broken fork lift I experienced significant delay compared to the originally quoted 24 to 48 hours. The delay was understandable but despite being promised updates on delivery, this was not forthcoming and I had to chase for info 3 times. To improve your customer service, please improve communication.
A word on the mesh panels - they arrived as described, but when it came to fitting, having bolt locations only on the very bottom and top of the panels is problematic when access is restricted. An additional bolt point half way up the side would be helpful
