I ordered four kennel sections close to four weeks ago, have still not received them and have had no updates at all as to when I will receive them apart from a vague timescale as to when they might be completed. There has been no follow up or no updates and I am still non the wiser as to when they will arrive. The only update was when I rang them.

Ordered a dog bowl and attachment on 1st September and still haven’t received it. It took myself emailing them to find out that the attachment was out of stock. I then emailed again on Monday and was told it should have come into stock that afternoon. It’s now Friday and I still don’t have a bowl!
