"No Kennel, no explanation."

I bought an extra large Kennel from this company about 6 weeks ago now- possibly longer - it still has not arrived and no explanation has been offered either.

When I contacted them after about two weeks I was told the kennels were made to order and would take 3 to 4 weeks, to arrive.

We are still waiting and I'm very disappointed. If it doesn't come soon I shall cancel the order.
