Panels arrived extremely quickly and are exactly what I ordered. The driver was very friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately on closer examination, two of the bars were bent in transit.
This is a minor irritation, but not a 5 star rating.

There was an issue with an item advertised having been discontinued after I paid. They called right away to rectify. Offered a refund or a replacement. I ended up with accepting larger dog cabins at no extra cost. Much appreciated for sorting it out quickly. Very fast delivery.

Really helpful, a lady rang me a few days beforehand to confirm delivery date. The two guys that delivered and fitted our kennel (Chesterfield) were great 25mins in total to fit it. Can't fault the kennel or the fitting. Would recommend to everyone!
