"Bad and doggy people IGNORE IGNORE"

I rented a house from care4properties and stayed for six years, if there was work doing they takes weeks or sometimes months to fix it, I complained about carpets needs changing and they always said that they need permission from land lady and never came back to us. Six years imagine how the carpets may have been. Promises were made but nothing was done. Because of this my daughter started falling sick and my wife develop asthma. I thought of leaving this place so have them the notice. When handed the key they said they will check the house and give my deposit back which was £400. But when time came to give my deposit back they said the carpet was a mess. Now my nice and lovely people can decide if you live for six years in a house with your family what will be the state of the carpet but I even used the carpet cleaner once and the house was kept very clean. But when the times come to give the deposit back they have always got reason. FRAUD PEOPLE IGNORE PLEASE

The worst agency if you get house from Mister Arif who rents his houses through C4P agency in Leeds HE is a LIAR and one guy form agency with name Castro or Kasra (never seen his name written) is the most dodgy person you could deal with, the rest agency ppl are nice sadly because of these two mentioned i have to give review for this agency and if i could i would give 0 stars!!!! we almost didnt lose our deposit!!! should have sued them and even taken to court because its the most stressful tenancy period i ever had!!! be carefull if you deal with these two in the beginning will be nice but then ... just ... stress, lies, troubles, delays and intimidation.
