"Great customer service and product"

Great customer service and product. The delivery was delayed but I contacted them and they reached out to the delivery company for me.

Canadian Citizen, these products aren’t available to import into Canada and I was never informed of this. At first the company seemed to be very accommodating and was willing to issue me a refund once the shipment has returned to their warehouse. It’s now been 3 months and they seem to be dodging me when I email asking for updates on my refund, I was going to give this company a good review but I’ve become very disenchanted with the customer service.

Before ordering I had contact with the company through email (to wich they answered very quickly and thorough). After placing my order, it took only 3 business days for my order to arrive crossing two boarders. Definitely coming back to this company.
