I could not be happier with the level of service and the quality of the bag I received. Ordered (last minute) a present for my boss' 50th - a customized buggy bag, which had to arrive in record time before his golf trip to the US. Matt did everything in his power to make sure the bag gets produced and delivered on time - which it did. Communication was incredibly efficient and impactful - we quickly settled on design and pushed into production. Matt also sorted out customized accessories - also in record time. "Leather Stand Bag"

Having had a number of stand bags over the years I decided to try having a bag made out of leather. Stand bags are often quite flimsy things - my last Ogio was looking scruffy within a year (I walk and carry 3 times a week) so I asked Matt if a full leather bag would be possible, with full length dividers. He felt the full length dividers might make it a bit too heavy but since I carry to keep fit I decided to go ahead anyway. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful two tone leather bag which looks as if it will last forever. Is it too heavy? It weighs 1.25 kg more than my lightweight Ogio - the weight of a bottle of water and a sandwich.
Excellent care and attention, highly recommended. I am only sorry I only need one bag!
