I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Panashe for the excellent support during my recent request. From the start, Panashe was professional, friendly, and really helpful in getting my transfer of ownership sorted.

I especially appreciate how quickly they identified the issue with the missing signature and guided me through fixing it. Instead of leaving me in the dark, Panashe kept me updated, made sure everything was in order, and reassured me that the process was moving forward.

What stood out the most was their clear communication and efficiency—they didn’t just answer my questions but made sure I understood everything along the way. It’s rare to get such smooth and hassle-free customer support, so I really appreciate it!

I was initially advised that our business number was set up by the billing team, and they assured me it had been ported over. However, after setting up a direct debit and testing the calls, it became clear this was not the case.

Since then, I’ve tried to resolve the issue, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. The online chat and email support seem designed to avoid addressing the problem. Despite escalating the issue, no solution has been provided, and no one has followed up with me. Even the person who set me up has stopped responding to my emails.

Vonage is quick to contact you when they want your business, but as soon as there’s an issue, they disappear and leave you stranded. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering Vonage to be very cautious. Their customer service is severely lacking, and resolving issues is a nightmare.

I've been using this VOIP provider for about 4 years now, and they've been incredibly reliable. They've never let me down. The service is quite affordable and provides a great user experience, especially their intuitive app. On the rare occasions I've needed customer support, they've been quick and efficient in resolving any issues. Highly recommend them!

"Poor Customer Support and Unresolved Billing Issues"

I had a frustrating experience with Vonage's customer support. I was charged more than the agreed amount without prior notice or consent. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, including emails to their accounts team and a lengthy chat session, the response was unsatisfactory. Even a simple request to check what I had originally signed for was not addressed. I provided a screenshot to support my case, but it was simply ignored. I repeatedly asked for a review of my existing contract, but the focus was only on explaining the charges. The lack of immediate support and the 30-minute unresolved conversation was disappointing. I expected better communication and resolution from a service provider like Vonage
