"WARNING!!! They Will Constantly Lie To You!!"

WARNING!! They will offer you one price over the phone and make it sound guaranteed then find any excuse to drastically drop it down when they come to collect. I overheard their conversation with the collection driver and the woman on the phone was specifically trying to find issues with my car that weren't there. She even went as far to try and make an engine management light come on and say there were dents and scratches on my car where there weren't any to offer me far less. When i said i will take my own pictures and send them over she refused to listen.

They will make excuses to say they have to fix paint work or issues etc when they sell the car. This is also a lie as the cars go straight to auction, so their whole story and reasoning is a lie to screw you out of more money.

Don't bother wasting your time with this company. Its all a scam.

Wasted my time!! Offrered £6927 so I accepted. Soon after they then rang saying the most they could offer was £5500 absolute joke of a company even text me saying “ This offer is fully guaranteed based on your appraisal and comes with Zero Fees and Free Home Collection for your convenience”

Awful company. Knocked the price right down and then didn’t even show up! Called to say they hadn’t received a message to come today and could they rearrange after I’d taken the morning off and waited in. Said couldn’t take time off and wait in for them not to turn up again. I’m also in and out of hospital so my time is valuable. Don’t bother!

I had a great experience with M4YM. I received the highest price for my car compared to all the online valuations I checked. Despite the current condition and damages of the car, they offered me a reasonable price and transferred the agreed amount promptly. They took the car only after confirming that the amount had been credited to my account.

Highly recommend.
