Buying, shipping, and setup was very easy. The bed seems nice, I have a bad back and I was hoping it would help but I can't tell a difference. I do think I sleep thought the night better than I had been though, so that's worth something.

Yogabed is a great bed. It shipped in a manageable box. I also like the fact that the top cover is detachable and washable. However, it is too soft for me and my wife's taste
