Blue Case Management arranged our trip to The Serengeti, Ngorango Crater and Zanzibar. They were FABULOUS! Every aspect of our trip was well planned. The accommodations were unique and spectacular - everything from luxury tents to Masai Village huts to Zanzibar resorts. The tour guides were knowledgeable and personable, they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Ben was amazing to work with! I would not hesitate to work with them again, in fact I look forward to doing just that!

My favourite location was Loisaba tented camp, it was high class, intimate and we saw so many animals including a leopard. The holiday was very well managed, with excellent transfers and attention to detail. We experienced luxury in a natural setting and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We contacted Blue Case after being referred by a friend due to needing some last minute quick-response help whilst in country in South Africa. We’d arrived at our accommodation arranged independently to find it not up to the standard we’d expected and needed to find an alternative close to the airport at very short-notice. The team at Blue Case immediately sent over a list of hotel options, all of which suited our taste and budget so they’d clearly listened to our requirements. We selected a hotel which turned out to be one of the most beautiful boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed at and even better, it was only a short drive from the airport which was crucial for our flight connection. Without the in-country knowledge and quick support from the Blue Case team we’d have been stuck for several days so they really came to our rescue. If you’re looking for an operator with great knowledge of South Africa and the crucial individual details that need matching to your specific taste profile then we’d highly recommend these guys!

We used Blue Case to arrange two different, but major, trips. One to India and the other to South Africa. In both cases we were incredibly impressed by their attention to detail. The first, the India trip, in particular, needed careful planning to enable us to see everything we wanted, coupled with arranging accommodation of the required standard. They listened to our needs and worked thoroughly to meet them. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the guiding arranged in what were many different locations. Everything happened on time according to the itinerary with many nice touches to enhance our experiences. We then felt fully confident in arranging our trip to South Africa, which included a safari in a relatively untried region, through Blue Case. Again their attention to detail meant that everything went smoothly with no hitches. We did feel that we were able to contact any ground handlers very speedily should we have needed assistance. We did not have to do so as all plans went without problems of any kind– but the full information packs we were given made us feel confident that there was always back up available.
