Fantastic from start to finish. Communication was impeccable. The guys turned up nice and early on the day never stopped and left everything clean and tidy. We are so happy with the new roof and door and would highly recommend this business

The salesman bent over backwards to deal with my requests and took the time to explain in detail what the work entailed and how the corrugated asbestos cement sheets would be dealt with and also about certificated disposal. He also dealt professionally with all the nit-picking queries I kept going back to him with before the work started! The installers could not be faulted for their pleasant attitude or professional work. Talked me through their plan for installation and answered any questions I had, cheerfully, and with enough information to keep me happy. They carried out the install very quickly (the weather was not always kind to them and it took 2-days) and left very little mess to clean up in the garage which was crammed with vehicles and tools and took great care to caused no damage to my vehicles. All their outside mess was cleaned up, not a trace left in my garden or my neighbours, where they needed access to the garage side. My neighbours also commented on how clean their walkway was left and the professional way the the fitters had been doing such a filthy job. In conclusion I can only say the job was first class, done well and efficiently, not the cheapest, but well worth the money and I would certainly recommend this company on my dealing with them. From my first point of phone contact when my questions were answered and everything was explained, then the Surveyor's very helpful and supportive visit, through to the work being carried out by Jay and Jack, everything went according to plan.

I was just expecting VSF to take off the old and replace it with the new , but they did a lot more than that. I thought my garage was past it but VSF have known my garage is now water tight.

Asbestos Garage roof replaced but by the time Tomasz had finished at 6.30pm it was dark and our external motion-activated light did not work. Fortunately, his payment machine was usable! He said that the bulb on the light had failed. It hadn't - I discovered next morning that he had not re-connected the wires. He had also removed the wall-mounted fluorescent tubes inside the garage and left them on the floor, still attached to their cables. I and a friend had to re-hang them from the cross-spars but we are not competent to re-cable the lights, meaning there are still festoons of cable looped across the interior even now.
The original survey seemed not to have been passed on to the installer and I was not warned that they would need access to our neighbour's garden. Fortunately the latter was at home on the day and I could arrange it.
Of course, payment had been required before a daylight inspection the next day. That is something never before encountered (yes it is strictly in their terms, but.....) and will look out for on any other job. A sour taste left after £5975 paid.
My phoned comments to the office were met with "a dusty answer" that they had done the contracted work.
