We've bought a number of items from Penderyn over the past few months (Feb 2021 - July 2021): Oak Chest of Drawers, Sideboard, Oak Coffer, Oak Wardrobe and Hoop Back Chairs.

We keep going back to Penderyn time and time again as we trust the items to be exactly as advertised and we know they'll arrive quickly and safely.

Communication has been excellent from questions on items to confirmation of a purchase to arrival times by the hour from the courier.

We highly recommend anyone to purchase from this family run team.

"The pink treasure trove"

Our second visit to the gorgeous pink chapel, and our second purchase. Our 18th century Welsh oak gateleg table was delivered (for free - a big bonus) this morning - Tuesday - by the lovely James. We bought it on Saturday, so a very impressive, prompt service. If you haven’t managed to visit the chapel, I’d thoroughly recommend it - although the website is excellent and very accurate and honest. It’s such a joy to see young, enthusiastic locals making a success of this wondertul business. There is no pretentious snobbery here as there is in so much of the antiques trade. I’d definitely recommend a visit or a look on their website.

My third purchase from Penderyn Antiques and as always I'm very happy! Delivery was even quicker this time and FREE! Steve the delivery driver was a great guy and very helpful. I had been looking for an antique Welsh oak chest of drawers for a while and so glad Penderyn managed to get one for me. I'm desperate to visit the pink chapel and take a look around in person but in the meantime I'll continue to lose hours of my time browsing your fantastic website. Thanks again.

Delivery was free as well which was an added bonus and knowing everything is treated as a precaution for woodworm put my mind at ease with my house full of wooden furniture! Antique chest of drawers: exactly as described, in fact even better; no sticking drawers, wood in superb condition and great colour and patina. Arrived safe and sound in a very short time and kept up to date with arrival time. Excellent experience all round as a happy consumer. Would buy from these guys again without a moments hesitation.

This company advertises online their delivery fees for most items at £68 per item but they actually only paying the courier £60 - very deceiving.
Also a lot of their items have woodwork.
