I have just purchased an EPDM roofing membrane for the project I am working on. Once this was unwrapped the rubber had a fault on one half which we were not aware of when we took delivery. I called the office and spoke with Dave Leith about the issue and sent in some photos showing the problem. After a short period of time I recieved a call back from Dave telling me to use the item with the issue as a temporary covering just so we could weather the roof until the new EPDM arrived.
At no point was there any issues, it was dealt within a very professional manner from start to finish. The issue was not Southern Roofing fault but they made the issue become a very simple fix and help out all of the way through the process in getting the new items sent to me. I would definitely recommend them as a company on how they have treated me with the up most respect and made sure nothing was every an issue from their side. Great service from all involved 5*****
