"Geweldig en keurig bedrijf"

Geweldig bedrijf, vriendelijke mijnheer die echt alles keurig heeft meegenomen en opgeruimd. Zag er erg tegenop omdat het de kamer van mijn moeder was die ontruimd moest worden, maar deze mijnheer voelde dat feilloos aan en zei gaat u maar weg hoor mevrouw het komt allemaal goed. Nadat hij ontruimd had stuurde hij mij de foto’s van de kamer of ik tevreden was, het was keurig in een woord. Ben zo tevreden met proteam en dan in dit geval mijnheer Pesh. Nogmaals mijn dank voor de fijne hulp die jullie geven jullie houden je aan alles wat er beloofd wordt. Van mij een dikke tien!

"Unprofessional Cleaning, not worth it"

The carpet was cleaner but if I didn't move it the rug was not cleaned. A lamp shade was broken, and the bill adjusted but the technician did not clean up the shards of glass. He seemed under-trained rushing to complete the job and to get paid on line rather than meeting their advertised goals prior to my inspecting the job. As a handicapped person I do not recommend this company

Estimate from office after giving details of work, then site visit to look at job and give firm quote.
The job was to seal new patio with a 10 year guarantee against staining, and remove weeds and moss from 15 year old block paving driveway, steam clean blocks, re sand joints and apply sealer.
The work was over two days.

Our needed solar panels a good clean so we wanted an experienced a cleaning company able to safely access the solar panels on the house roof. We also wanted our patio and drive giving a good clean. We found Pro Team Cleaning and Tom made the sensible suggestion that they could also do a clean of the roof tiles which hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Tom and Toby did a great job. The house roof and garage roof look like new and make the whole house look so much better. Thanks for a great job – will definitely use Pro Team Cleaning again.

"I was looking for a trusted company to…clean moss from my roof"

I was looking for a trusted company to remove moss from my roof prior to selling my property. I researched local companies and also checked reviews on check a trade and trust pilot this company presented very professionally and the before and after photos were most impressive and also convinced my partner who has worked in the building and legal profession for many years I therefore requested a quote. A site visit was done and a quote was provided at no point was I given any reason to doubt that my roof once cleaned would look any different to the examples of before and after photos provided. They even provided me with additional photos with the quote which all looked excellent, clean and of a uniform colour. They were very polite and arrived on site with immaculate new equipment which made me feel safe that a good job would be done in line with what I had seen on the photos. Unfortunately I now understand that the excessive pressure used by the steam cleaning method stripped the granular colour coating from my roof tiles leaving the roof the colour of patchy cement grey rather than the rich brown colour that it was previously. When I asked about this the directors said thats just how it is and if I wanted the colour back on the roof I could pay them to paint it at an additional cost which would be higher than the cost of the clean which horrified me as the possibility of the cleaning process causing this excessive colour loss had never been brought to my attention. Had I been aware that following the clean my roof would require a total recolour to bring to to an acceptable uniform colour I would not have instructed ProTeam Cleaning Ltd to do the work. To compound the problem the roof tiles on my extension which was more recently built retained their colour which gave an extremely noticeable difference to the overall look of the roof. When questioned about this the company directors outrageously suggested that I pay someone to sand blasted the remaining colour from the extension to match the damage that they had caused to the rest of the roof. I have since contacted the tile manufacturer and a qualified building surveyor who have stated that high pressure steam cleaning is not fit for purpose for these tiles. I have also contacted another roof cleaning specialist who has confirmed that the damage caused to my roof was as a result of the unregulated pressure used. In addition ProTeam Cleaning broke a tile on my garage and left a large amount of moss around my property which they refused to accept responsibility for or rectify without additional cost to me. Before finishing the work they issued an invoice with overdue reminders every other day and initiated court action for non payment after 14 days despite being in dispute over the damage they had caused to my property. They left my windows in a filthy state and did not return to clean them for 9 days they also failed to reconnect all of my downpipes They have refused to engage in any discussion without additional cost to me and I now find myself in a very stressful situation of having to get my roof recoloured and deal with a court case. This company has no regard for customer service at all and have repeatedly refused to offer any assistance to resolve the problems or repair the damage that they have caused. They are clearly only interested in profit against customer satisfaction beware !!! if i could leave negative stars I would to protect others from this nightmare !
