"Insufficient Packaging"

Unfortunately the packaging of the plants, I feel, was insufficient. To use a cardboard box with just a polystyrene layer, and with no "handle with care" or "this way up" stickers meant the package had been thrown around and the majority of the plants came with bent stems. I do have photos. But disappointed and not so sure I would order again from here.
