THIS IS A TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY. I PAID $60 USD FOR 20 CLASSES. THEY CHANGED MY PACKAGE AFTER I PAID TO 16 CLASSES SINCE THEY INCREASED THEIR PRICES. THEN BEFORE 16 CLASSES WERE EVEN FINISHED, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD YET AGAIN ANOTHER $60 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THAT IS BLATANT FRAUDULENT ACIVITY. I HAVE SENT THEM MULTIPLE MESSAGES CALLING THEM OUT AND THEY EITHER DON'T RESPOND OR DON'T ACKNOWLEDGE MY QUESTIONING. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER RESOURCE FOR YOUR QURAN LEARNING EXPERIENCE. YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD HAVE SOME MORALS CONSIDERING THE LINE OF WORK THAT THEY ARE IN. SADLY, THEY DON'T.

I recently enrolled my child in the Quran Courses Academy for online Quran classes, and I must say it has been a fantastic experience. I have now successfully obtained a credit for the last month amount paid through my credit card company through the transaction dispute process since this organization did not fulfill their promise of conducting the classes that were paid for. This brings to an end my experience with this company. My daughter had taken classes with these folks for more than a year. When I asked for a change to the schedule the company abused me with extremely poor language and cancelled the classes.

The course provider has responded with a manufactured screenshot link of my supposed interaction with this company several months after the bad exchange with them and after the credit was issued by my credit card company in an intentional effort to disparage my review. However I have screen shots of all my interactions with them which I have uploaded to Google drive and can share here which shows the behavior of this company.

When I check my chat history, the only record in reference to the posted link below is where I have told the teacher how ineffective their coaching was. So the course provider has made up the subsequent response and posted lies. It will become very evident if trust pilot allows me to post the Google drive links here (just like how they have allowed for the course provider). I can post here and you can judge who is in the wrong here.

Additionally the "supposed interaction" seems to have been from October 2023 whereas my issues with this company and the credit card dispute completion was much before this. So there is no excuse for their responding with bad language between the June to October 2023 timeframe. The link posted seems to be a last ditch desperate attempt by this course provider.

Also the fact that this company has not even one online Google review should say something to you about the authenticity of the company as the positive reviews seem manufactured.

In the time that my daughter has been with this company the quality of classes were not good. They do not provide frequent progress reports on how the sessions are going. I did not have a positive experience. Now I am enrolling my daughter with other institutes and they have given me feedback that they have to start from beginning as they are not really sure what was taught for the more than one year these people collected the fee from me. If you are a responsible parent please do not select this company

This company should be ashamed to call themselves thequrancourses teaching the holy Quran.

I will have to rate this company one star for the following reasons:

1. My daughter has been taking classes with them for a few years now. When I asked to change the schedule the admin abused me using extremely bad language. I have screen shots saved of the way the admin abused me and have also submitted the same to the trustpilot team. The photo clearly shows the absolutely bad language used by this company in abusing me.

2. My daughter had a teacher named Esraa Ibrahim. I have not found my daughter has improved despite taking classes for a long time. They do not share periodic progress reports. Since the class is fully online many times I find my daughter silent and when I knock the room to enter I find the teacher has stepped out. I then need to ask the admin to ping the teacher.

3. They promised a 12 class session for the month which is what I signed up for but since the incident in #1 they deleted the classes and only gave a partial refund. If I signed up for a package of 12 classes and if the service provider has not delivered I would expect a full refund.

Also if you check my profile I am a verified reviewer. Search this company on Google. You will not find one single review.
