Our family has been looking for internet but couldn't seem to find a provider in our area. I called the number, A knowledgable, clear English speaking rep answered. The process was simple and fast. The rep was PHENOMINOL! And guess what? We have uaffordable internet at our house now!

At first I thought I made the right choice in using this service. I got a great bundle deal for $69 a month, tv, cell, and internet.

When the guy came to install the internet he knew nothing about the tv or phone. I knew ATT outsourced Spectrum as they are the only internet available so ok....but then when I tried to call ATT about the tv nobody knows anything about. It doesn't even exist! Not for 30 channels.

So where's my deal!? How much will my phone bill be? I don't know!!! It's totally separate from the internet which is $69 on it's own.

I asked for the free phone to get the cell phone service. The rep Robert Bronner actually financed a phone for me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN ROBBED!!!!

So Robert called me back to clarify my "deal" and there is no deal but he did apologize.

My phone, which was supposed to be here on the 12th is nowhere to be found. The price on my phone and the hotspot with 30 channels is an additional $80 per month on top of the internet with Spectrum.

I was very adamant about clarifying that I was getting all for the price quoted for internet. This was very misleading. I recommend you don't use thus service!
