I recently ordered parts for my Kubota B2710 tractor. Front bevel case and bearings and other parts which would not normally be stocked. I dealt with Aidan and George in the parts department.
That were very knowledgeable and more than helpful. The parts could be sourced from Kubota in France. Price agreed and I was told the parts would be in Clarke’s in four working days. I didn’t have to pay for the parts until they arrived in clarkes. On the fourth day I got a call from Aidan to say that had arrived. Parts were sent out by courier and I had them the following day

I was unsure if the part I wanted was in stock and the parts department were unable to take my call. The lady on reception put me through to Mark in online payments. Mark couldn't have been more helpful. He wasn't sure if the part was in stock so he went down to the parts dept, picked it out and brought it back to his office.
I processed the payment on line and he dispatched it immediately to me.
He is a great guy going above and beyond to help me.

An absolutely fantastic team. Well organised, professional and friendly. I recently had my Kubota GR2120 serviced at my home by Gareth from the service department. He got the job done quick and clean leaving me ready for the season.
Gareth was full of us full information on any query’s I had.

"Unacceptable delivery delay"

Ordered a jacket a week ago. The item was picked, packed, and shipped promptly so no issues there. Unfortunately however, Clarks of Cavan have decided to use the black hole that is Fastway to deliver their items. A week later and there is still no sign of my item, only a tracking status of "Delayed due to operational issues". If this had of been delivered by An Post I would have had the item the next day. Will avoid using this seller again as long as Fastway is used for delivery.

"Poor customer service"

To say I am disappointed with the customer care and after sales in clarkes of Cavan is an understatement. Since the 29th of December I have been emailing, messaging on Facebook and using 'chat' function on their website. Not one person got back to me. After ringing 3 times, being promised I'd receive a call back, but no one called back, I decided to return my sons santa present as it was faulty.
I will not be purchasing off clarkes of cavan again.
I have spend hundreds of euro in this shop over the past number of years and I am extremely annoyed to have being ignored when an issue arose.
