"Terrible experience"

Website clearly states items as in stock. Order the weekend before Xmas with next day delivery, receive a phone call to tell me the manufacturer (RANE) is closed for Christmas and order will be placed Jan 2nd. Having followed up today informed that the items would not be delivered until mid February - if you are having to order stock from the manufacturer then they are not in fact "in stock" are they.

I've treated myself to quite a few new toys this xmas, from multiple shops online..late deliveries and damaged speaker grills...however.. no issues from this company..item arrived when they said it would plus no damages. I will be using the djshop again.
