Bad experience. I ordered a WC but got the wrong connextion (horizontal instead of vertical). They refused to take it back even through it was unpacked in its original boxes, because it was after the 14 day return period. Very inflexible

Os recomiendo que no compréis absolutamente nada aquí los sanitarios no son nada del otro mundo y caros y para colmo fallan y cuando te pones en contacto con ellos te echan la culpa a ti y dicen que tú lo abras forzado y es totalmente mentira ,son unos impresentables ,no compréis hay otras marcas con mejores productos a mejores precios

Pues nada como se podía esperar que es culpa mía aunque ya está dicho que en esta casa vivimos tres adultos y que no se a forzado la tapa en ningún momento pero vamos que como digo lo que esperaba ,y repito por los mismos precios hay otras empresas que si se hacen responsables de los fallos de sus productos ,que para eso están las garantías .

Made a purchase of a toilet & Cistern €275:00 so not a cheap item upon installing the lid of the water tank is badly fitting and overhangs the sides looking like it’s the wrong top complained and supplied photos and was told there was nothing wrong
Seat is plastic & very poor quality avoid the company inferior products

A entrega e o serviço pós venda são péssimos. Embora os preços sejam mais elevados do que noutros sites, encomendei por serem os que ofereciam a mercadoria mais depressa mediante um pagamento extra de mais de 30€. Além de não terem cumprido o prazo, responderam-me de uma forma muito pouco profissional, pouco educada.
A mercadoria parecia melhor do que realmente é.
Não voltarei a comprar.

I agree with the majority of reviews below, this company provide shockingly bad service and should be avoided. I only wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Three months later, the toilet has still not arrived. They change their excuses constantly, ranging from delayed in shipping, already delivered??, courier company unable to contact me, tried to deliver several times??!. I am retired, so almost always home and my telephone has a missed call function. Needless to say, none of the above is true. And the final straw, I am now being told they will not provide a refund until the missing toilet has been returned to them. My advice: AVOID!!

No se hacen cargo de la garantía de un producto defectuoso Sin Uso.
Muy decepcionada con ellos.
NO COMPREN QUE SU TENÉIS ALGÚN PRODUCTO DEFECTUOSO, NO SE HACEN CARGO.
El producto lo instalé en agosto de 2021 (lo demuestro con factura de instalación) en una casa de verano que aún no está la obra totalmente terminada y no vive nadie. Puedo demostrar que NO HA TENIDO USO.
Ellos para desentenderse de la garantía dicen que se ha roto por uso.
Entonces, un producto sin uso, defectuoso y con una GARANTÍA de, al menos 2años….. QUIÉN GESTIONA ESA GARANTÍA?
Espero que la marca Fossil Natura lo haga. Ya me he puesto en contacto con ellos.

"My second order from the same company"
My second order from the same company. I first ordered a complete toilet. One part was broken in the shipment but they refused to help me. I had to pay for it again. As it is a needed product fot the toilet I had no other choice.
When the second order arrived it was also broken. They sent a new which was also broken.
By now I have waited one month to be able to assemble the toilet and cannot wait and risk more.
Thebath refuses to refund the toilet so I am standing here with an incomplete toilet where I cannot get the needed part (the water reservoir).
Just avoid buying anything from this company. They are of the worst kind and will only cause you pain, irritation and loss of money.
