Cannot get through on the phone and emails are not being answered regarding my DPD delivery which has still not arrived because DPD driver just marked the option / we were not able to provide a valid ID/ however I was home all day long, specially in the 1 hour delivery time frame, waiting for them and nobody even tried to deliver it. I know DPD drivers doesn't even go to the address if they see the parcel need ID verification or the parcel has PIN number to verify the delivery. We had this issue with DPD multiple times and I raised many complaints to them as well. This happened at this time too. Moreover I contacted DPD first because they did not even try to deliver it any other time, after the driver said the delivery failed they returned the parcel back to HAYPP. I have been told to DPD to contact HAYPP, because they tried to contact them regarding what to do with the parcel but HAYPP did not respond to them so DPD returned the parcel back. Now I am out of £115 and not able to get in touch with HAYPP because they are not responding to my email and the phone number what is on the website is not working. I have found their real phone number on Google but I only get an automated voice saying I will be transferred to an agent and even I am alway next in the queue I have waited 1 hour, listening music but no response.

Ich habe unter der Bestellnummer 6307525463 bestellt am 22.02.2025. Bestellbestätigung habe ich per E-Mail keine erhalten.

Am 25.02.2025 habe ich im Konto gesehen, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Die Kreditkarte wurde trotzdem belastet.

Support nicht erreichbar!

Kreditkartenbelastung wurde am 26.02.2025 aufgehoben! Lieferung erfolgte leider trotzdem nicht

Det har fungerat felfritt att beställa i många år. Nu ska Haypp lösa ett problem som inte finns genom att tvinga på folk användarkonton.

Vem har någonsin saknat ett snuskonto med lösenord och mina sidor? Vem bryr sig egentligen? Orka… Låt mig bara handla, herregud.

Den bästa fördelen med Haypp har försvunnit nu med kravet på användarkonto.
